Basumathi rice-2 cups
Ghee-1/4 cups
oil-1/2 cups
Ginger-as per the need
Green chilly -2,onion -4
Garlic -1 ,cashewnut -50 gm
Turmeric-3/4teaspoon
Coriander -1 teaspoon ,chillipowder-1 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala -3/4 teaspoon ,fennel -1/2 teaspoon
Curd-1/4 cup,Salt-as per the need

Ginger ,Garlic and Green Chillies needs to be mashed up in a mixer grinder.Rinse cashewnut in water and and make a mixture of it.If its possible make use of a non stick pan .In the pan 1/4cups of ghee and 1/2 cups of oil needs to be taken and make the pan hot.Onion needs to be heated until it turns to be a golden brown colour .The ingredients which were beaten needs to be added to the pan.The temperature needs to be lowered and turmeric powder ,coriander powder ,chilli powder ,garam masala and fennel needs to be mixed.1/4 cups of curd need to be mixed.Coriander leaves to be added.Salt needs to be added.Cashew paste needs to be needed .Mashed up eggs need to be added.Egg yolk needs to be added .4 cups of water which is boiled needs to be added.After thouroughly mixing add the egg which was cooked.After the water gets at 100 degree celsius basumathi rice needs to be mixed.After getting boiled close the pan with a lid.At intervals of time the dish needs to be stirred.The fire needs to be lowered.After getting prepared add raisins ,cashew nut,and onion into the rice.
