Ghee rice -recipe-Kerala(mallu) style

                                        (pic credits;alittlebitofspice.com) Basumathi rice-1 glass Water-2 glass Ginger-as per the need Garlic-8 pieces Ghee-2 tsp. Garam masala-1/2 tsp. Soya sauce-1 tsp. Cashew nut-25 gm. kismis-25gm. Onion-2 pieces How to prepare;                         Heat the pan by adding oil and add ginger -garlic paste.1 glass of basumathi rice is added .make the rice brown colour.While roasting ,2tsp,of ghee is added.Add 1/2 tsp. of garam masala and soya sauce.Cook basumathi rice for 5-6 minutes after adding 2 glass of water.Use another utensil to roast cashew nut and kismis using ghee.Heat the onion until it turns into brown colour.Decorate the dish afterwards.
