curry leaves-1 string
pepper powder-1/4 tsp
turmeric powder-1 or 2 pinch
salt-as per the need
chopped ginger-small size
garlic-no.2 (chopped)
garam masala-as per the need
lime juice-1 or 2 tsp.
coconut milk-1 1/2 cup(2nd course)
coconut milk-1 cup(thick)
coconut oil-needed
For Marination
Lemon juice -1 lemon
salt
pepper powder -2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp.
How to prepare it ;
First of all marinate the fish.Add 1/4 tsp of pepper,add 1/4 tsp.of turmeric powder.Add salt as per the need.Lemon juice is to be added.Mix well.300gms of avoli fish is added and marinated well.Thoroughly add the masala mix.Leave the fish untouched for about 1/2 hrs.Put the pan on to the stove.Necessary oil is to be added.Wait until the pan gets at medium temperature.curry leaves to be added.Put the fish onto the pan.Fry the other side too.Shallow fry for 2 minutes.Put a kadai onto the stove.Add the necessary oil onto the kadai.chopped ginger and 1 tsp.of garlic is to be added.Add necessary green chillies.curry leaves are needed.Sliced onions are added.Add necessary salt.1/4 tsp.pepper powder added.Add a pinch of turmeric powder.2 pinch of garam masala is added.Add the fried fish.Cook for 2 minutes.1 1/2 cups of coconut milk added(2nd coconut milk).Let it fry for 5 mins.After boiling for 5 minutes,add 1 cup of thick coconut milk.1 tablespoon of lemon juice added.Curry gets gradually thickened.
